Ordered expedited shipping 2 weeks ago… Ordered expedited shipping 2 weeks ago and they still have not send anything. Requested to cancel my order my email multiple times and have not gotten a reply.

I looking for such a one piece snowsuit… I looking for such a one piece snowsuit I like for a long time. I love the color and style of the ski suit. It is beatiful and perfect insulated that you don't need to wear many layers inside to be warm. Love love this snow suit!!! The color is perfect. I can tell this snowsuits will keep me warm in the snow because within the 10 mins I tried it on at home, I was already sweating. Can’t wait to go snow playing in 2 weeks! And of course bragging about this snow suite to friends. Great quality, highly recommended!!

Either dishonest about shipping, or scam site... Website is less than honest about shipping. I'm not even sure they do ship. It appears they charge your card, create a shipping label, provide tracking numbers, but do not ship. Ten days after placing my order, neither UPS or USPS have record of the tracking numbers provided by snowverb. I definitely recommend staying away from this company. I'm guessing they are selling stuff that still sitting on a ship from China - or just taking our money.

Very Nice Items They were very responsive on Instagram and helped reassure me their policies and size guides. I ordered goggles, gloves and a snowsuit. Everything was 10/10 and for the price I’m very satisfied. So many zippers and even zippers on the legs in case you get too hot so there is some airflow. The suit was lined nicely and the goggles made the visibility better. I ordered with express shipping it was an extra 15€ and surprisingly it came in exactly one week! Very quick delivery.

Repeat Customer still loving the… Repeat Customer still loving the products! I have made about 4 or 5 orders now from Snowverb since 2020. Their products are great quality and I just ordered my 2nd warmer jacket for the slopes. I also purchased a fleece sweater, and baselayer. Material is super comfortable and I have yet to be cold skiing! Customer service team is fantastic. Delivery time reasonable. Thanks for making great products.
