GBOnly giving one star because I’m forced… Only giving one star because I’m forced to give it. I placed an order on 12/10 ORDER PETYFY#30183 . Was given an order number and tracking number. Yet the tracking number goes NOWHERE!! Tried emailing this company several times without response. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Will be calling my credit card company to report fraud/scam. Do NOT buy from this place without a doubt a scam!

GBWarranty is crap and so is the large dog backpack… I bought the large dog backpack for my 30lb dog with the "lifetime warranty". The strap broke on its 3rd use. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a replacement backpack or refund have fallen on deaf ears. No response from the company at all. Spare your dog and yourself injury and heartache. Do NOT buy this product. Save yourself frustration and do NOT buy from this company. They just want your money.

GBI purchased a vest that did not fit my… I purchased a vest that did not fit my dog. The company makes it impossible to return. Awful customer service. They provided a mailing address in Austria if I " insist" on return, but they generally declined it. Not a company worth anyone's support or your money given the way they treat customers.

GBScam "company" - Worst customer service ever Order placed 6 weeks ago has still not arrived. Repeated attempts have been made to contact Customer Service - but no response ever received. I can't understand how a company can stay in business after treating its customers so shoddily. Save your self a lot of frustration and don't bother even trying to place an order - they will take your money but fail to deliver. Giving them a 1-star review only because I could not give them ZERO stars!

GBI ordered TWO dog jackets in December… I ordered TWO dog jackets in December and in late February I sent an email to the company and like others received an initial response telling me that my package was "lost in the mail". They offered refund or to re- ship my order. I opted for that but they have not responded to any further emails to confirm ! I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Also the phone number in the email they sent me doesn't work!
