All it took was one test ride, and I was hooked! I stumbled upon Miles board early last year. I’ve always been into skate boarding, but nothing like what Miles had to offer, it was a game changer. I went from not only skating recreationally, but to using skateboards as a means of transportation. One of the most beautiful parts about owning a Miles board is seeing the curiosity and entertainment on people’s faces when I ride. I’m definitely a fan!

A work of Art! I live in Birmingham Alabama and the roads here are horrible. So I bought the Pro pack and do yourself a solid and do the same. The backpack is worth the extra cost alone. I am in love with this Phantom board and feel like a kid again every time I ride it. This is my third electric board but first Miles. I plan on buying more boards but this one is by far my favorite. I use this for my main transportation around town since I’m disabled from walking far. This board should be on everyone’s gift list. I might be getting that Sex Panther soon, since the Phantom has shown it’s worth every penny.

A Powerful and Very Comfortable Board With Great Support I decided to purchase a Sex Panther Pro after test riding one at their shop in San Diego, CA. Anthony is the one who originally helped me, and he was great. Super knowledgeable about the products and gave me tips on how to ride the board. When first receiving the board I noticed the grip tape was coming off on the corners. I contacted Miles Board by email and their reply was a tracking number with new grip tape on the way. Now, that's a great first reply!!! And the reply was in 12 hours! Also, Rob Rast from Miles Board is super responsive and very helpful. Great guy! The board is very comfortable, and powerful. I suffer from a bad leg/ankle/foot. I was involved in a motorcycle incident back in 2015 that almost killed me. I suffer with pain almost daily. Out of the 4 other boards I own, this Miles Board contours my feet and keeps the pain away. Plus the thrill of this board makes me forget everything! Thanks again to the Miles Team for developing an amazing board and offering great support on their product.

Truly the "Tesla" of skateboards (Or maybe better!) I don't have a lot of money so when I decided to get an electric skateboard in place of a car I did A LOT of research before pulling the trigger. If you're like me you know there's lots of conflicting info and horror stories out there, shady companies refusing to honor warranties, waterproofing issues, boards mysteriously dying for no reason or failing in-use causing accidents, well... none of this is an issue with Miles boards. On paper the speed/range readings of the beard are normal for high-end boards of similar price, but the unique benefit of Miles is that it's a U.S. based company and the owner skates himself! This is not some shady Chinese warehouse owned by some 80-year-old oligarch that has never nor does he would ever care about skating but only cares about profits and selling cheaply-made goods overseas. You won't need to wait 6 weeks or order from some website in broken English (think about warranty issues if anything goes wrong lol) Nothing beats watching the owner himself commute almost every day on the actual boards on his IG, and beyond that, all my communication with the Customer Service team has been quick and easy, any questions I have about the board I just ask them, no need to browse obscure Chinese messageboards to get an answer. There's no amount of money that's worth this peace of mind and support. Also, most importantly, the board is so incredible. I've never run out of juice (go see a map how far away 30 MILES of range is), and it's just soooo high quality and smooth. All-carbon, no wobbles, water resistant, light, it's just exhilarating to hold and look at. I've never skated before and it was so easy to learn! I wanted to describe to someone else how good it feels to be able to be 10 blocks away in 4 minutes or bomb UP a massive hill, or cross the entire city in one charge with NO parking issues, traffic, car insurance or any of that, and the best way to describe it is like when you dream about flying and the buildings are just zooming past you, it's like magic. I can't say enough good things about this board (I have the Phantom), I don't know if I'll ever need a car, it's just so quick to be elsewhere in the city so fast, and so FUN!! I'm definitely a convert. And I'm already saving to buy my girlfriend one as well!

OTHER ALTERNATIVES OTHER ALTERNATIVES. Meepo, Exway, Loaded. And the list goes on. Why am I suggesting this? Their customer service is terrible. Think the guy or girl who left you on read but like you’re a customer. But they don’t realize that. Lol With ANY vehicle, you want good service and a reliable source for fixes and issues and questions. Yes, they just came out with the phantom. But will it take long for other brands to produce something like that or even better? I don’t think so.
