Experience at Fremont Park deck release event The skate team seam to know how to be both professional and also have fun. It was nice to see them in person, and see that they found a way to be encouraging to the skaters no matter their age or experience level(both on and off camera). The reps at the merch table were kind and helpful.

My son's first board This year is my son's 10th birthday and it shares the same week that Christmas falls on. After finding Braille videos on Facebook my son and I got into watching them together. He doesn't know it yet but he's getting his first skateboard which I know he's going to love. Especially since his friend just got a board recently. The Braille team inspires activity and as a father I appreciate that. The ready-to-ride board we got was high quality and and the customer service was fantastic! It took longer than expected but I can overlook that considering the top tier quality of these shoes and I can't forget the hand signed card from Aaron Kyro himself! Amazing customer service I got a defective product, and was IMMEDIATELY met with the best customer service I have ever received in the skateboard industry. Problem was resolved with no obstacle or hassle. Only been a customer a few times, but products AND service, so far, so good 👍

Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters… Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters for Christmas on 11/29. The site said 5-8 day shipping, but we just received them on 12/14. One of the boards was not complete. One of the wheel apparatus was completely off the board (thank God screws and nuts were in bottom of box) and the other wheel apparatus was not secure on board. Thankfully my husband was able to finish putting board together...hopefully correctly! I ordered from this company because they seemed to be professional skateboard company....I was disappointed in careless construction of “completed” board.
