No response from Customer Service The kayak is great but, we were to get a paddle with the kayak we purchased at Christmas 2023. No paddle was in shipment. We have reached out to customer service multiple times about this an another issue but, no response.

Kayaking for all! Tucktec brings kayaking to many who would not have access otherwise. I'm not an athlete and couldn't lift a standard kayak onto a roof rack - but I can easily carry my folded up Tucktec and put it in the trunk of my car. Easy to store, too! Ten minutes to put together, and I'm off to explore! These are much tougher than inflatables, and #Tucktec customer service is top notch.

The customer service is impeccable! The customer service is impeccable! I had an issue with our kayaks and the customer service folks were quick to reply, understanding and very helpful.
