A few weeks ago, my M10 scooter underwent several malfunctions from refusing to turn off to not charging properly. When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on. I appreciated receiving exceptional help even though some parts of my scooter were out of warranty. Overall from the customer service line to the technical team, it was a 10/10 experience. Disappointed in the warranty I purchased the X7 Max for my son for Christmas. He took it to college with him and within a month the front tire went flat and would not hold air. I emailed customer service and they did respond quickly but let me know that the tire is not covered under warranty and I would have to purchase a new one for $16 (shipping $15). Just as a point of customer service, it seems that they would replace the inner tube and eat the $5 that it probably costs them. But they didn't and I have a really bad taste in my mouth for this company. I have another son going to college this year and guess which company I will not be purchasing another scooter from?? This one!

If you want a scooter that last long… If you want a scooter that last long without and random defaults happening don’t get this scooter. This scooter will have problems with the inner tube frequently without the outside tire have any problems. Also any bumps may miss up the folding feature( minds stop folding) and also if you buy anything on accident? They charge 8% even if it don’t ship.
