Exceptional Customer Service TurboAnt’s customer service is one that I have been very pleased with. A few weeks ago, my M10 scooter underwent several malfunctions from refusing to turn off to not charging properly. When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on. I appreciated receiving exceptional help even though some parts of my scooter were out of warranty. Overall from the customer service line to the technical team, it was a 10/10 experience. Absolute fun Absolute fun. Certainly adequate for getting around most urban areas. Fairly limited in going up inclines. WOT affects range 5-10 miles tops. Switchable battery is the icing on the cake.

My battery was damaged and the end of… My battery was damaged and the end of my warranty was nearing so I reached out and the support team got back with me very quickly. With a few emails exchanged over 2 days, the problem was diagnosed and they had a new battery being sent my way. They were so kind and helpful. I didn't think companies actually cared about customers, but Turboant does

If you want a scooter that last long… If you want a scooter that last long without and random defaults happening don’t get this scooter. This scooter will have problems with the inner tube frequently without the outside tire have any problems. Also any bumps may miss up the folding feature( minds stop folding) and also if you buy anything on accident? They charge 8% even if it don’t ship.
