GBDo not buy here! BUYER BEWARE!! Return policy for clothing that does not fit is hard and NOT customer friendly. Thru could learn from other ecommerce vendors! Return email wording makes it sound as you are at fault if something doesn’t fit. It has to be inspected and not just returned. Return authorization email came only after lengthy conversation. No labels provided...you are on your own! Return shipping is on you too! I will never buy from them again! Buyer beware

GBRecent reviews had me concerned but turned out OK Poor recent reviews had me concerned. Website does indicate payment is taken upon ordering and product will ship directly from manufacturer in two to three days. Little riskier than payment upon actual shipping. I contacted PayPal out of concern when order status didn't change from "awaiting shipping" after three days and phone went to voicemail. The next day order status changed to "shipped" and a Fed Ex tracking number was provided that worked and showed package movement on the Fed Ex site. Exact product as advertised was delivered as advised by FedEx. Happy to get this product that no other retailer online has. Well done TGC.

GBThis has to be the worst company to try… This has to be the worst company to try to buy from online. And actually I don't know if this is actually a company at all. Total lack of communication, or follow-ups on orders. It takes threatening messages to finally get a refund on a incomplete order and complete stall tactics on orders. You buy from these Joker's it is your loss!!!

GBTotal scam and a rip off! Don’t order! Tried to buy a product online on July 6th. They didn’t have product so asked to select substitute. I did this and heard nothing further. Finally got email on 10/13 confirming FedEx delivery on 8/14. Why did it take 2 months to tell me of delivery? Just enough time to go past credit card dispute time. Total scam and rip off. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from a company like this. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!

GBWish I could give 0 stars Wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible customer service and overall communication. Placed an order in December and was not provided any updates or information along the way. I had to keep reaching out via email since they do not answer their phones and delivery date kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Eventually they said they were not able to fill my order and would refund my purchase March 16. I waited and reminded them to refund my money and they kept saying they were working on it. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to submit a dispute April 17 and won the dispute to receive a refund April 18. I would never purchase from them again and will deter whoever I can to not have to deal with such an unprofessional “company.”
