Do not order from here What you see is not what you get. Do not order from here. The sweatshirt we received was not even close to what was shown on the website. I think this company uses false advertising methods and I will be reporting this practice to the attorney general, BBB, the fcc and anyone else who will listen. I wish I would have checked this site out (trustpilot) before ordering to know that so many people rate this company as a fraud.

Have sent 3 messages over 7 days with no response Update: 4 weeks after first contact on my issues I was offered a refund. Raising my rating to 2 stars. Buy from from another store.

Spent $300 and was ghosted by this company UPDATE- ITEMS CAME UNANNOUNCED EXACTLY A MONTH AFTER ORDER MADE! So don't be in a rush to get your.order but you may eventually get it.... I ordered $300 worth of clothing almost a month ago. They took my money, sent a confirmation email then completely ghosted any further communications with me. At this point I fear I was scammed but I'll wait a few more weeks before contacting my bank and BBB..

Great customer service from Ashley I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company, and I don't want to discount anyone else's experience, but mine was positive. I had great customer service from a representative named Ashley. She helped me out with an exchange when she probably didn't have to, and she was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
