I emailed and received a response that you would let me know when it shipped and apologizing for the delay. Its been four more days and still haven't heard anything, except of course for this request for a review. Where is my chair? When is it going to ship?

I emailed you and you emailed me back but I still haven’t received my second item. I hope this issue will get resolved. I have ordered from you before and have never had any problems until now.

This is a scammer This is a scammer. I never received my item, never received shipment notifications, and had no response from customer service. Horrible experience, and as a result, I had no gift for my partner on Valentine's Day.

2 months after placing my order 2 months after placing my order, I still have not received my items. They are absolutely impossible to contact as everyone apparently doesn't care about customer service. I will NEVER buy from again. If I could give them a minus 5 I would!
