GBGood product, prompt delivery and easy assembly Got a good deal on an elliptical from their website. Site explained before checkout that delivery may take up to 2 months due to Covid/inventory (we got ours delivered to doorstep in about 3 weeks). Assembly has been pretty easy so far - the manual had a misprint and I called them to ask about it. Got a quick answer from their maintenance / parts support people

GBBe wary of third party support After using my previous elliptical for over 14 years, I did a ton of research before deciding on the E95S from Sole. I opted for the additional fees to have it assembled when delivered. Unfortunately, the second or third time I used it, the legs started jumping track. I called Sole support and a helpful person offered to send a tech to fix it. The third party firm that Sole uses for support has no-showed for multiple appointments and now, three months later, I'm still trying to get someone to show up to fix it. Next time, I'll buy locally from someone that will come to my house and fix it if it doesn't work (especially within weeks of purchase). Disappointing experience for a $2k purchase.

GBI purchased the F65 Treadmill on… I purchased the F65 Treadmill on February 9, 2024 after investing alot of time researching for the highest quality treadmill in the price range from $1,500 to $2,000. I assembled the treadmill on March 3rd. I found the assembly instruction to be inadequate and poorly written. Many of the fasteners to secure the plastic trim to the steel frame would not work. I was shorted two 2 threaded machine bolts for the display. After assembly the treadmill would not operate only the display board. I followed the technical support for a reset the unit from factory sleep mode and still could not get to operated. Disassembled to recheck all wiring connections which I found to be poor quality female to male connections. This unit was fabricated in China very poor quality. I am in the process with Sole this am to return treadmill for a full refund. I would not recommend this brand

GBLimited Functionality with workout apps I have a Sole F80 treadmill (2021 I believe) and it functions fine, but Sole limits the bluetooth functionality so that it will not work with third-party fitness apps to control treadmill incline and speed, which means that you are stuck with their very small built-in workout menu. You can still adjust speed and incline manually, but you will lose so much functionality to use different workout programs of your choice. Asked about a firmware upgrade, SOLE told me sorry, no plans to do anything about that. Basically we have your money, see ya sucker…

GBLousy customer support Bought a Sole F63 treadmill in 2017. My wife and put about 600-700 miles per year on a treadmill. Mostly during winter months. After 5 years, this treadmill sparked, causing a small fire. The damage was only to the control board. After contacting Sole, they sent a new motor and said the control board was on order. Well, guess what, I’m still waiting for the control board. Whenever, i contact Sole, they say that they are still waiting for a shipment(?) New treadmills are being sold, but sold ones are not being supported. Very disappointing.
