Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience! Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Everything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.
