Shipped me the wrong sized hat Shipped me the wrong sized hat. Ordered 2 different hats in 2 different sizes. They got one wrong. It was advertised as "Youth" but arrived as Medium. Way too big for my son. Hats aren't expensive enough, and my time is too stretched, for me to bother with returns on internet orders. I will simply take my business elsewhere next time.

The purchase experience was good but… The purchase experience was good but the product was not so great. The hat I purchased had a bill that was bent and sides that stick out because of being folded for so long. This could just be the brand of trucker hat but it makes it basically unwearable. Thanks for reaching out. I should also note that I have high standard for my hats. I have never worn this brand of hat so it could just be an unrealistic expectation.

Had a problem ordering a sports pendant… Had a problem ordering a sports pendant for the Amazon two times ordered and it was folded and damaged twice Decided to order from champions they told me they fold up and it wouldnt be damaged I told them that’s impossible They actually rolled the pennnant instead of folding it It Arrived undamaged In the future they should tell people that they roll the sports memorabilia and not folding
