GBProvided a full refund, Scott was great Provided a full refund by customer service, as I was unable to make my tee time due to my car breaking down on the way to the course. I called the pro-shop of the course to advise this, and he said there was nothing he could do about it as I made the booking through golf now. I was hesitant I would receive a refund, however, after speaking with Scott who was extremely helpful, he provided me with a full refund, Great customer service, and a special thanks to Scott for resolving for me.

GBNow Golf covers all the bases I am in my 50s and how I would have loved having this technology around in my earlier years playing golf! Finding a decent tee time regardless if for a single or a foursome with friends has never been so easy. Now Golf has done right and always have the best experience booking my tee times!

CAI didn’t like the fact that I paid for… I didn’t like the fact that I paid for the foursome It may have been my mistake but my group don’t like when I do that they want rewards on their credit cards at the course

CABooked Hornby glen golf for 1.30pm Booked Hornby glen golf for 1.30pm . When we got there the course was closed. Talked the person out there, they said, I should have got an email, that it was closed, I never got the email. GolfNow took out , I think admin fees from my card. Wasted my golf day. Thanks

GBGolfnow has a problem with their… Golfnow has a problem with their booking system right now. Terrible customer service if you reach them. Beware. VIP member for 5 years and there needs to be a competitive company not a monopoly.
