However, I do recommend one thing that this site is lacking: customer service. I feel like this company only has one customer service representative that replies every other business day, which is extremely inconvenient for me (the client). Overall, worth it! My instructor's advice was helpful and certainly resulted in a better essay. However, it was difficult being told that my entire essay needed to be rewritten, without being given a clear direction in which I should go with it. I also think there should be a greater discount on the second review since they're needed so often, but as a broke high school student, $60 dollars isn't exactly affordable. Additionally, I would've liked an email when the instructor had my review complete. For some reason, I didn't get one, and I was really confused when the 7-day turnaround passed, and I had yet to hear from them. On a more positive note, the chat feature that allowed me to contact my reviewer and ask questions was super helpful.
