Scam company Scam company, never received the product, luckily got a refund but don’t make the same mistake!

total scam do not buy from this company Ordered the product, chased it after weeks, and emailed many times. it's a total scam.

COMPLETE SCAM! SCAM!! I ordered from the uk version of this exact company (dr bright uk) and it says 48hr uk Royal Mail shipping. Two weeks later I have no goods and tracking shows it’s in china which is not uk shipping! 5 emails no reply, I posted on their fb page and by comments were all removed, I then sent them a message and I was blocked, clearly a complete scam and they refuse to respond. I have screenshots of my comments as proof they were there and have reported them to Facebook and my credit card company

I realised when not delivered in 2 days… I realised when not delivered in 2 days I had no email or confirmation of order! Got straight on to banks fraud department to report it. I don’t even have any order number. It shows as Staford on the bank statement. Is this the same as everyone else?
