Bad experience I never received my longboard & it took Them about 2 weeks to even have an answer from the delivering company. I had to take it up with my bank for a refund

Exceptional customer service Customer service worked with me every step of the way. My method of payment was unconventional (split on two cards), I had a problem with the product and had to return it. There was no-hassle and no cost to me. Very friendly, attentive, and timely.
