GBMy old Garmin watch died on the last… My old Garmin watch died on the last evening of a recent UK holiday. Researched and ordered a new one that evening, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered by 10:30 the following morning (it actually beat me home). Great price, efficient website and stellar delivery logistics.

GBWhat happened to my Haribo It was the usual service but didn’t get my usual sweet pack it’s the become a little Wiggle thank you for shopping with us kind of customer experience. Although I got exactly what I wanted not getting that little pack of haribo was a let down. Come on Wiggle pull your finger out

GBWaterproof jacket I only gave this a 4 star as I've not yet cycled wearing the jacket. However, it is what I was looking for and at a bargain sale price. The colour is good and it is a perfect fit. MODA is true to size whereas I usually have to size up with other cyclng brands. Goods arrived as scheduled . I would complain about the carrier used by Wiggle. The carrier did not leave the parcel as instructed but fortunatrly it wasn't stolen.

GBPoor customer care Well the delivery time didn't take too long when my product arrived. However, the product (a pair of Altra running shoes, quite expensive) developed a fault sooner than expected and I sent three return/faulty item request to no avail. Not one reply!!! I am very disappointed that the customer care seems to be non-existent. I hope they improve on this as currently I will likely not use their website to order items again due to these reasons.
