We were very satisfied with the help we… We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Great place to purchase a treadmill. It was time for a new treadmill so while looking around we stopped at Precor Home Fitness. They had a nice selection of equipment. The salesman took his time explaining the features of the various machines and had us try them to see which ones best fit our needs. He was very helpful and it was a great shopping experience. We purchased a Precor treadmill which was delivered and installed. They also removed our old treadmill.

People should read reviews before… People should read reviews before ordering. I placed an order for an exercise mat. I never received shipping or tracking so I tried to contact them by email and phone but they do not respond. I will be looking into options to obtain a refund but if you haven't already purchased from them save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Maybe they aren't even in business anymore.
