Very poor customer service I purchased an Element paddle that had imperfections on face of paddle.I also did not like how paddle played.Asked to exchange paddle for Z5 and pay difference in paddle cost, Was told all Element paddles had imperfections on face which is not true,I have seen a number of their paddles without imperfections.I was told that it was against their policy to exchange paddles.No compromise was offered and I wound up stuck with an imperfect paddle that I do not enjoy playing with.Only company that I know that is so inflexible.

PERFECT My son plays in school, He got all his friends to get paddles.Now they play every chance. So far we bought 4 paddles and a pack of 6 balls. Great stuff, service, shipping, We will be buying here again! -Greg
