Outstanding customer service We ordered a Hydro Gallon bottle on Amazon recently for our son, and the bottle cracked when it banged into a fence as we were walking. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly. The rep I spoke with was great - he apologized for the inconvenience and had a new bottle shipped out immediately at no cost to me. Excellent customer service!
