GBBands are the same quality as Crossover… Bands are the same quality as Crossover Symmetry at a lower price. The FitCord door anchor is significantly better than the crossover symmetry doorbelts. If you're purchasing for home use, this is a much better option.

GBThe bands are just as good as Crossover… The bands are just as good as Crossover Symmetry, in my opinion. The price point is far better than Crossover. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is the system didn't come with a instruction guide of the different movements for rehabilitation of shoulders.
