I contacted the seller and they were easy to work with and replaced the product with a properly working unit. I have had no issues since I received the replacement unit. This company puts the customer first and does right by them.

HKStealthily Substitute My Order I ordered a pair of Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots in Blue/Gray from Dreamruns, they put a pair of Limelight Snowboots inside of the shoebox of Felix and shipped to me. After receiving the wrong item, I immediately contacted my shipping courier for camera footage, and provided all the evidence to Dreamruns. No apology or reasonable solution, Dreamruns would only refund if I return the item on my own costs, and then never replied. Ridiculous inventory mgmt and customer service, customer should never pay for their fault, not to mention their staff could've been benefiting from such stealthily substitutes for times.
