We have been buying your masks since the beginning! We have been buying your masks since the beginning (March, 2020) and we don't use any others! They are well-made, tightly woven and we feel safe in them, despite where we live! Being able to wash and reuse masks is important to us and yours have held up through repeated washings. As a matter of fact, this review reminds me to purchase more for 2022, since we have been known to gift them and/or give them away. Thank You, Canada - always the best in everything you do!

Good value and quality, but no customer service I like the masks and have ordered them multiple times. The pleating, ear loop adjustments, and nose bridge are similar to more expensive masks. Unfortunately, my last order only included half of the masks I ordered, and three emails to customer service over the course of two months went unanswered. Even at double price, they’re still a decent value, but the lack of customer service is a letdown, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Favorite reusable masks By far, these are my favorite reusable masks - after many failed attempts with other brands. They are comfortable and the adjustable earloops, pleats and wire fit any face shape so the mask stays on your face when talking and moving around. Fast delivery as well and the black colour goes with any outfit.

Comfortable Comfortable, well-made with filter pocket but I have moved on to KN95 masks for busy spaces since Omicron, but will still use them going forward in less risky situations. Thank you
