You usually need to order a big quantity, provide with proper artwork, make sure delivery is all set as you often need the discs in a hurry. Fantastic company I ordered the same order twice, one correct order and one incorrect order. I emailed them, and the response was so immediate! They first offered to correct the wrong order before shipment, but after explanation of my situation, they promptly refunded my wrong order instead. Bottom line, very responsive, very helpful, very accommodating, and overall a wonderful company to do business with.
