One inquiry; why I get shipping charges when I qualify for free shipping (to Puerto Rico) when it costs you the same as shipping it to other states. We have the same postal service as the rest of the nation and "ground shipping charges" are the same (maybe except Hawaii). Please correct this injustice and clear sign of prejudice toward us.

Hatsan 95 air rifle purchase It was fairly easy to find information on the page about the air rifle I was looking for. I really liked the fact that you could have the gun tested before it was shipped. It would be nice if there were better instructions on mounting the scope. Looking forward to taking it to the range and zeroing it in.
