Smash Ops 150 Bat Pack Great Bag Review is specifically for the SMASH OPS 150 Bat Pack since there aren’t any reviews for this bag. Have been on a hunt for a compact bat pack that wasn’t huge (since I’m more petite/shorter) with shelving and many storage compartments, and this bag exceeded expectations, with fitting all of my gear, which included 2 bats, shoes, glove, batting gloves, spare clothes, and some more (and I pack on the heavier side too). Was skeptical since I’m really particular about bags being practical and convenient for grabbing gear during and in between games, and this came as expected and at a great price. Favorite feature was the side pocket with the hook inside for your keys. Shipping timing was accurate and had no complaints - arrived when tracking said it would and without delay.

Just got my sweats today in the mail truly high quality, have that softball pants feel with a twist of comfy sweats, with both side and back pocket. For sure my favorite pair of sweats I own. Horrible return policy! I ordered one of their roller bags and after ordering, realized it was the wrong one. I had to wait for the bag to come, which it did, and I never even opened it as I knew I was going to send it back. When I requested information on the company's return policy, they advised that I can send it back and as long as the tags are still in tact and it's in the original packaging, they will refund my money, minus a restock fee. I ended up having to pay for the return shipping ($60) and then was still deducted another $30 restock fee. I would advise against using this company unless you are absolutely certain you will keep the product you order. This kind of return policy in today's world just isn't up to par with other companies therefore, I would prefer to take my business somewhere else - and encourage you do the same.
