GBThe customer care team is responsive… The customer care team is responsive and resourceful. The templates and tips are helpful. SEO is a large body of work, so a user will want to learn a bit more about those best practices. And, although it is not clear what rate cards look like by zipcode or region, the dollars invested are worth it. Recommend as a "get in / get out" cost effective solution.

GBI would use it again Not that hard to use. Easy to understand and to stop. I don't like that people that don't live around me apply. I'm in Cleveland area and I get an application from India or someone that gives you a resume that isn't even in English. I would use it again to get employees.

GBWow... WAY more than expected Wow... only be signed up for 2 weeks with a job posted for 10 days... I have about 10x the # of applicants I expected with WAY more qualified applicants than I expected in such a short timeframe. The level of support has been not only been TIMELY and INFORMATIVE but also above & beyond (offering to set up additional calls, help, etc that I didn't ask for but certainly could use). Other than planning, HIRING is the hardest yet most most important thing a business can do in my opinion.
