Absolutely abysmal Absolutely abysmal. They put an inexperienced salesman on the phone who omitted that our premium package would be damaged by inferior balls. And they diddnt bother to mention red felt wore out the fastest. When I called, they offered no customer service other than to quote the warranty. For any serious money, id go elsewhere.

LOVE OUR TABLE!!! From start to finish this company was fantastic. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to deliver/setup our 8 ft. table because of our remote location, but they did...with perfection! Embroidery looks great too and is well worth the extra cost. Highly recommend and the GM Jonathan Munevar was fabulous. Thank you for an A+++ transaction.

Very pleased with our 9' Spencer Marston pool table Great quality of construction on our 9 ft. Spencer Marston table, it came out exactly as portrayed on pooltables.com. Some supply chain issues delayed the manufacture and delivery, but that's par for the course in this day and age. Once the table arrived in GA, it was delivered and install in a timely fashion. Pay for the white glove installation considering what assembling a pool table entails: there are a lot of pieces, and a number of skills are required along with precision measurements and an important attention to detail. They utilized a local billiards and spa dealer to do the install and while they needed half a day, they did a great job, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I tried ordering online and they had a slight glitch with their website due to distance of my address location for their White glove installer. It was late in the evening on a Saturday and sent a quick message to their Chat but was after hours and figured I would need to follow up after the weekend. But to my pleasant surprise they called me the very next morning a Sunday which was amazing and had a solution and processed my order and excited to receive it. Highly recommend!
