I did my research and Ricmotech won! I did a lot of research before I decided on buying the Ricmotech RS1cockpit plans. I felt that the rs1 provided a very good driving position, would be easy to build with the full-scale prints and be cost-effective. I have a lot of woodworking experience but some of the other plans out there looked very difficult to properly build without the use of a CNC machine which would significantly add to the cost of the build. During my research, I also had some questions about the size of television to buy so I called their office. They were very helpful in answering my questions and I felt customer service was top notch. That is very hard to find in a company these days! The delivery of the plans was good and the quality of the plans are very good. I can't wait to start building the rig! Thanks!

I own Ricmotech products I own Ricmotech products, and as every product in the lifecycle will have potential issues sometimes. The question is how a company stand behind there products, and handle when s**t hit the fan. I give them a strong A+. Customer service is efficient, enjoyable to deal with and they truly care, I will buy more from them when needed with confidence. Thanks again.

Delay. It's fine they handle it above and beyhond expectations. Still did not receive my pedal order... It doesn't matter, with COVID-19 it is really expected to have delays. But at least the customer support is just on top of it... I really enjoy interacting with this company, they will see more order from me... that's a given. Thanks for the great customer obsession guys I really appreciate it.

Great Service! I had placed an order but unfortunately with COVID 19 everything with the distributors was basically on hold.
