Do not do business here! They were ok until I called to cancel an order that they hadn’t provided a delivery date for, that’s when I was told, by the way we’re charging you a 20% restocking fee; a fee that I never heard of until I called to cancel; not posted in their warehouse, on their website, on the invoice nor in any conversations until you decide to cancel. Bad business dealings. What good company surprises people with a fee that they pull out of their hat when it suits them.

Carolina Fitness is STRONG in customer service! 💪🏽 Went to the new warehouse in the beginning and was sent to the new location down the street..1st experience of custom service was great! Smiles and pleasant. Got to main customer entrance and was greeted again with smiles and vibrant attitude, signed the waiver and got to tour with Phillip Lewis. He knows his stuff and was the epitome of customer service...awesome place and people! Only place I will be going to get my stuff from now on.!

buying a keiser spin bike Drew was very thorough in explaining the differences between the bikes I looked at and allowed me time to try them out. He made spending a large amount of money(for me) as painless as possible. I will certainly recommend Carolina Fitness to my friends.

David Preble and his staff are… David Preble and his staff are extremely professional. He helped me take an empty space and turn it into the best gym in Spartanburg, SC. His ability to find you the perfect piece of equipment no matter where in the country it is, tear it completely apart, send it to his paint shop, then send it to his upholstery shop and put all new pulleys and chords on it is awesome. This gives you the ability to take an "old school" piece of great equipment and bring it back to life as if it were just off the showroom floor years ago.
