Damaged Poster Problem Solved Immediately I ordered my Larry Bird autographed poster and it came slightly damaged. Things happen during delivery, so of course I was bummed, but Anthony was extremely helpful with solving the problem. Within 24 hours of me bringing the problem to light, I received an email and steps on how to return my item to get a replacement. My football display case arrived but was cracked, however being replaced. My football display case arrived damaged (most likely from shipping), but James was extremely helpful in handling my situation and getting a new unit shipped out to me. I'm hoping the replacement will arrive intact. James made their return / replacement process a breeze.
