Mostly good checkout process, but with one annoying interface issue for those with basic phones Excellent rental experience. Since no shops seem to rent out OneWheels, this was the only place I could find to do so. I am taking off one star because the site did not allow me to submit ID verification (instead of submitting a $500 deposit with my credit card) because I do not have a smartphone. Even though I received a text with the link to the ID verification process, when I typed it into my web browser on my Macbook computer, the site would not let me proceed. I assume one would need to access the link directly on their smartphone. Not everyone has a smartphone or wants to use one, and it is a mistake for sites such as this to not be so user friendly to those who use basic phones and need to go through the rental process on their PC.

This is an excellent way to look for adventure gear in your area if you don't have it and want to check it out. Friend With A makes it very easy to proceed with the rental, helping keep privacy. I rented two kayaks, and they were much cheaper than renting from a marina.
