Poor Service from Account Management Team I am currently in the process of terminating our contract due to the lack of urgency and poor customer support from the account management team. I inquired about our month-to-month options 3-4 weeks before our contract renewal, but I felt like my requests were stalled. Unfortunately, I still haven't received confirmation on the details I asked for. While the company is quick to schedule calls to upsell their new products/services, they are very slow in addressing customer concerns and requests. It seems that small-scale clients like us are not valued in this company's approach to customer service."

Rippling does a great job at showing each plan side by side, so you can compare and contrast and make the best educated decision. Also, the use or progressive disclosure is fantastic. You, as a customer, don't feel like you are bombarded with a thousand questions all at once. Instead, the questions are asked one at the time so you have time to digest them before moving to the next important question/decision/action. Overall, great experience. Great design thinking and execution.

It's SO easy to use, and I love that it keeps track of all of my important information for me. Ripping unifies them all and is super intuitive to use.

Rippling is super user friendly and stays up to date with my hours worked, vacation time used and what's still available so that I can schedule my appointments and time off without having to worry about going over on my PTO! I also love that I can see what days we have off as company paid holidays. Rippling is definitely my favorite OPS that I've ever used
