Luxury Service Minus the Expense Unbeatable convenience. To be able to relax after a long day of travel while your equipment gets delivered and setup is really a game changer. While there are a lot of delivery services out there, the service sets Ski Bulter’s apart. Thanks to Tom and the team in North Lake Tahoe for making it an epic trip.

Ski Butlers did not live up to the advertised level of service Ski Butlers up on time to drop skis off. They were very friendly and accommodating with the fitting process. However, they did not bring the type of skis requested. We made arrangements for ski delivery the following morning which did occur, but once again the type of skis requested were not delivered. Over the next 2 days, arrangements were made each day for the originally requested type of ski to be delivered but they were not able to deliver the requested skis. Our trip was still great and the equipment we rented was more than adequate but the level of service was below what was advertised and and therefore what we expected. I do not think we would use Ski Butler again.

Ski Butlers in Whistler are the best Ski Butlers in Whistler are the best. They went above and beyond to make the timing work and then to come back two days later for another guest within minutes of his arrival so he could go out with his family. Have worked with them before every time is great service with attention to detail from the start to the end. The equipment t is in excellent shape including the delivery bags.

Great service Great service, be sure to get pricing from them before you default to the local ski rental shop, they are oftentimes very competitive. That plus the convenience of extended fitting hours means you get on the slopes faster. Friendly customer service reps and the equipment fitters are very attentive to both adults and children.
