GBUnexplained cancelled order Made an order. Got email saying shipped. 3 days later checked tracking status. Said order cancelled w/ no explanation. No email notification etc. This is disappointing. Especially when buying a Christmas present We will see if they make this right. At the least a refund... and I take my business elsewhere where they value me.

GBReady to go. My son-in-law bought one for deer season. It sat setup from August to February and showed no sign of fading or deterioration. He loves it for taking the boys. I ordered one and received quickly. They sent me an offer for 20% off for two more so I immediately ordered. So with three I’m ready for this spring turkey season and ground setups for deer in the dense holly filled woods. I like what I’ve seen so far. A great deal in my book.

GBCustomer Service Had some problems with an order being lost or misplaced in shipping - transit. I contacted TideWe and they took hold of the problem and shipped me another of the same item and it arrived in a few days! Great customer service!

GBGreat customer service I left a review regarding the poor shape the box was in due to shipping. Company responded quickly which I was not expecting and addressed my issue to my satisfaction. Can't ask for more than that, especially since this was an issue out of their control. Product was in tact regardless. It was a gift and has not been used yet due to waiting on colder weather. But I would definitely not hesitate to order directly from this company again. Sometimes Amazon isn't the only answer!
