GBQuick and easy shop Quick and easy shopping I received a gift card with a qr code and 16- digit code, but it had no name of the store. QR code just displayed a link to “how to redeem a gift card on Shop”. Took me a while to figure out . Gift card should have a clear name of the store imho.

GBRising modality only physical retailer accessible to me. Pricing is high but good selection of padels. Brand needs brick & mortar not a kiosk in the mall for a greater selection of footwear sizing, seating to try out shoes, shelving to separate brand product models. Sales person was knowledgeable, personable.

GBAlmost no communication Almost no communication, and lack of response. I literally e-mailed twice, and tried calling less than an hour after I placed my order to change the shoe size. It took 3 days to hear back from anyone. btw, It said they would deliver yesterday and I still haven't seen them. Now its changed to 3 days late. Just getting into Padel and I was hoping to find a reputable place to buy gear. Highly doubt I'll be buying from you again.
