It completely changed the way I played on the court, I am a 6ft 3 Middle blocker in indoor mens volleyball and it made me feel so bouncy and light, nothing I had ever experienced before through something like an insole. Amazing how much a little piece of carbon fiber can completely change your game!

GBnot for a specialized boot in my experience (coming from a D1 rugby player, I typically wear nike mercurials elite) After wearing these for a few months now I have found they are incompatible with my foot type and the boots I wear. VKTRY has stated that you should discontinue use if they cause discomfort, but my discomfort and injury came over time. I wouldn't recommend it if you wear mercurials and would assume this would be the same with other tighter-fit FG boots. wish I saw the results others saw! Customer service was on point and very helpful upon reaching out.

GBThe quality of the material is great…BUT The quality of the material is great and the function is awesome. The problem is the insole is so bulky that it doenst fit in most shoes. I purchased 4 different running shoes (Nike, New Balance, Brooks, and Altra) and the insole wouldnt fit in anything. The Nike Metcon fits the insole, but that is the only shoe I could find. Unfortunately I wouldnt buy again unless they reduced the bulk of the insole to fit shoes.
