Earned loyalty I was already a big fan of Selkirk as they’re the only paddles I use/buy. But the service I just received after making a warranty claim sealed it. The process was very easy, customer service was friendly and clear, and their response was swift. It was exactly 7 days between submitting my claim and receiving my replacement paddle. Awesome! Great Company and products! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Sellkirk. Their customer service is second to none and their product quality is always top-of-the-line. They’re limited lifetime warranty on their paddles is amazing, shows how confident they are in their product. I had a paddle get a small crack, sent a picture in, started a warranty claim, and had a new paddle within a week!

Selkirk is Pickling the competition Selkirk is Pickling the competition! I have owned many different paddles over the years, Gearbox, Engage, Joola and Selkirk. I switched to Selkirk after having problems with other manufactures paddles and their lack of customer service and limited 6 month warranties. My Selkirk Power Air and new Luxx paddle are amazing but the lift-time warranty really got me to try Selkirk products and I have not been disappointed. Their warranty coverage and customer service is pickling the competition.

I received a sponsorship from Selkirk… I received a sponsorship from Selkirk for a local tournament I was promoting. However I was charged against my Advocate account balance for the expense then received an invoice from Selkirk Sport. I questioned Support but have not received any response from my email a few days ago. That is so unlike Selkirk Sport. What’s up guys??
