Great experience! I've never heard of Lacrosse Fanatic before but ordered a reasonably priced Cascade XRS helmet for my kid. Shipping said it could take 7-10 days but it arrived within 3 days! The helmet was well packaged and works great. Will definitely order from Lacrosse Fanatic again!

My son needed his defense stick repaired for a tournament the next day. They were able to overnight the equipment by driving to UPS. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond. Top notch customer service Top notch customer service! They strung a head within 24 hours for my son because he needed it for a tournament that weekend. However, we had a family emergency and had trouble getting to the store to get it before the tournament. I called to inform them about why we had not picked it up and they overnighted it to our house at no extra charge - we had it the next afternoon. Thank you guys!!

We live in Oregon and travel throughout the country for lacrosse tournaments. At tournaments your staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Price break on shipping is great and shipping on the west coast is speedy. Great customer service! I placed an order on a late Friday night west coast time.
