GBFantastic Customer Service! I’ve been very happy with the reloading products I’ve purchased from Creedmoor, but the customer service outshines the goods! I was having issues with the TRX-925 electronic scale and after a couple of emails and a phone call with their engineer, I had a replacement scale in the mail. I can’t imagine a better experience.

GBI was extremely satisfied with several… I was extremely satisfied with several aspects of my experience, 1 I really appreciate the verification call required for my purchase being that I was a new customer. 2 the speed at which the order was processed was amazing. 3 I appreciate this day in age actually speaking to someone who not only speaks English as a first language but also speaking with someone who works for the company I am doing business with and not some 3rd party service.
