GBWhat I needed when I needed it The service was quick and I got what I needed; however, the package was damaged due to the post office putting it through the automatic canceller and nearly tearing the ordered screws from the package. I was lucky to have had everything arrive. I suggest putting cardboards around screws in the future to avoid torn packaging. Not Sport Shooting's fault, but sometimes you have to outsmart the PO's ability to mangle things.

HKCustomer orientated services in They did a very well job to my order from A-Z. When i had a query on shoe size due to my feet are quite different in shape, so quite annoying every time buying shoes. However, they advised me which way should look at and how to measure it more precisely. And then due to my item was short in stock, they looked around other warehouses and explained their shipping details, in order to have a clear picture and let me decide what to do. Great customer orientated services!! Thank you so much, David. And wish you and your teammates have a wonderful Christmas and happy new year!!

GBGreat Service David is very responsive and knowledgeable about his products. He even went so far as to help make suggestions / recommendations. One time my daughter purchased a wrong item at a match and he was happy to switch that item out after we got home and realized the mistake and get us the item we really needed. Timely shipping!

FRShooting Depot - Fast and Efficient I bought the book Mental Training in Shooting. The delivery was fast and efficient. The book is interesting. One point could be improved: I leave in France and I was asked by Fedex for an import tax of 15$ which had never been mentionned before in the order form (the shipping rate was already 20$)- and the book was printed in UE. I did not pay - the question is still to be clarified by Fedex. (a mental training is probably necessary to know if a UE book sold on line by a US company is subject to import tax in UE ....)
