GBStarted disappointed, ended ecstatic. I bought a box 3 Prime 9 drivetrain and unfortunately the derailleur snapped. (I didn’t know that the 3 series was for lighter riding) I emailed the Box team for a warranty claim and Tomas Ovalle explained how the 3 prime 9 is for more beginner level riding. He then offered a free replacement, or %50 off a drivetrain of my choosing! Obviously I chose the discount. I now have a more durable drivetrain for a super cheap price. Box - whatever you’re paying Tomas, you should pay him more. That dude was awesome.

GBExcellent products and AMAZING customer service Everything I have purchased is top quality. Really really nice! In addition, I placed two orders back to back. I selected an incorrect item on each. GBI have been loving my Prime 9 set up… I have been loving my Prime 9 set up for my old Giant NRS-3, I’m riding features at my local trails I haven’t before. Also, I jumped into a webinar about their new wheel set and won enough Box-bucks to buy 2 chains, so I’m thinking this system will be with me for a while!
