GBWrong CKX 16 mm cheek pads delivered! The 16 mm cheek pads I ordered for my CKX Mission Helmet were delivered three days late by the great USPS, which is terrible service. The pads were delivered final were for another CKX helmet model. Not sure where the mistake was made but Up North Sport made it my issue and took no responsibility for the error. Unfortunately I have to pay for shipping out and back on the wrong pads, and when the new cheek pads arrive at Up North Sport around 4/10/24. So to get the right pads my shipping cost will be over $30 for a &12 set of cheek pads. To add insult to injury the correct pads will not be delivered until late April. Not a good experience all the way around!

GBThe young guy working the check out the… The young guy working the check out the day I was there provided me with excellent service! He was patient, answered most of my questions with knowledge of the product, made several trips to store room so I could try on several styles and sizes, etc., and he exchanged the items I brought in w/o question. I arrived about 12:30 on a Saturday and even when it came close to 2:00 that day, he never became annoyed with my indecision on what I was going to buy.
