Great company for cycling gear. I have ordered several items from BTD. The products are always delivered in a timely manner, usually earlier than expected, and are of great quality. If a return is necessary it is a very easy process. I would definitely recommend BTD for ordering cycling products.

Great Service and Prices I have ordered 3 or 4 times over the last few years and have been very pleased with my experience. The prices and customer service have been great. The return process was also quick and easy on a jersey that I recently ordered that didn't fit. The 2 jerseys that did fit were 25% cheaper than other retailers so even with the return fee I am still money ahead.

Great, as expected! I placed a couple orders in the last few weeks. As usual, BTD had good descriptions online, good prices (especially the sale items!) The items arrived sooner than expected. Just used most everything on a century ride a few days after things arrived, and everything worked out perfectly. Road tires, new front derailleur, top-tube bag, and tubeless sealant.
