Bad listing —-no honest disclosure Listed a mobile home stating it was in good condition but after inspection found out the place had all sorts of problems that should have been disclosed in the description or to the buyer’s agent. Inspection cost was $399!!! Wasted money that could have been avoided had this listing agent been more honest prior to inspection. Had buyer been disclosed all the problems ahead of time would have saved $399… Be very careful of this company and its agents.

What a disgrace to genuine professional women that work for their education and make a name for themselves through pure intellect and integrity. I’ve never seen a real estate agent with less class. I get it; we’re in a generation in which attention is given based on the extent to which one can demean themselves. But KW, you appear more as a joke now than ever. As your agents pose with their exposed chests and photoshopped keys in hand.. your business is genuinely laughable.

Rick Dittemore is the worst realtor in the planet Remember this name: Rick Dittemore. Stay away from this guy, he is lazy, completely lacks the code of ethics and professionalism as a realtor. He screwed over an out-of-state famlily (moving from southern Florida to Katy Texas) out of a rental agreement 5 days before the move-in date. The family now has no place to stay in Katy Texas along with two small children. The worst part is that he didn't even notify the family that the deal was off, the family's agent had to contact Rick to find out the truth. Rick Dittemore you should not be an real estate agent anymore, you dont' care about people, family, children.
