GBCRAP Customer Service The shoes arrived a week after I ordered, which was amazing. Unfortunatly I ordered the wrong size so I returned them the next day. HOWEVER, three weeks later I have not received the new shoes AND I have placed 5 phone calls and IM with their FB account with still no response! Crappy customer service. I won't even get into the backordered socks that are now a month behind......

GBEXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!! I ordered (& paid for!) a shirt and a hoodie on 12/17. After several follow up emails I FINALLY received the shirt on 1/22. However it’s now almost 2 months after placing my order and despite assurances I’d have the hoodie 10 days ago I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE HOODIE!!!!! RIDICULOUS and very very poor business and customer service!! I do NOT recommend this vendor!

We ordered the wrong size and had to reorder but they made it easier than I expected. They even called me to make sure we knew they were helping us. Great people that truly care about what they do!!
