GBThe wrong poles were sent The wrong poles were sent - they would not fit together to produce a 12 foot pole. Mistakes are made and that’s forgivable. However, the customer service rep, Amanda Meek, is now trying to charge me for the incorrect poles that were sent. It was not my fault that the incorrect poles were sent. I will return the incorrect poles at my convenience since I have no need for them - and they don’t connect to each other. But threatening me for your mistake is not the way to go.

GBItems never came I ordered a megaphone with a rush shipment so that my daughter would have it by her cheer banquet. It didn’t come, so I figured it would be a Christmas present. Still didn’t come her birthday is the beginning of February it would be great to be able to give her this gift at some point. I paid for rush shipping and never even got what I asked for two months later. I have tried several times to reach out to your company and gotten no response. Emails bounce. And there’s no phone number I can find a call.
