GBGood brands at a fair price! The cues are awesome the shipping was A1 one of the owners was sick and it was looking like my package wouldnt make it and he 2nd air shipped me in both apology and repayment. Awesome customer service. Will be doing business with them again!

GBMeucci purchased- bad tip Meucci purchased. To option to upgrade tip and I feel I have defective shaft/tip or maybe even knock off cue. I’ve never known meucci to make anything less than par level. Emailed management. Hoping for a response and resolution.

GBGot a bad product,not his fault,emailed… Got a bad product,not his fault,emailed them didn't ask for another,BUT I didn't have to they got right back with said they would refund or send another,didn't have to argue or anything and it wasn't there fault but they still replaced it no questions asked,they get your orders to you fast and awnser any emails you send,would highly recommend BilliardKings,top notch customer service....Oh and they also send you a cool sticker....thx for taking care of me BilliardKings,goes a long way with where imma order my billiards needs from now on
