I had ordered the wrong glove and he had gotten back with me immediately after ordering it to fix it and communicate with me! He also made sure everything was right and even went out of his way to find me something that they didn't have right then and there! Excellent first time experience! Our experience with BFS was excellent. Their customer service was above and beyond. We were searching for new softball catcher gear in a season of low stock and the BFS sent us personal texts to help guide and find the specific gear we were wanting.
